Giulia Cairone is based in Stockholm and has a master’s degree from Konstfack University of Arts, crafts, and Design. Cairone has participated in several group exhibitions at for example Galleri Thomassen. In autumn 2022, she had a solo exhibition “The Heart is (yet) most deceitful of All.” She has participated in the project Art Made This in Gothenburg and have collaborated with Stockholm Art. Giulia Cairone’s work circulates around femininity, touch and emotions. The key driving force is the tension between disgust and
beauty, fantasy and reality.
