Jan Matsson (b. 1985) is educated at the Royal University of the Arts (BFA, MFA). Matsson has had several solo exhibitions at, among others, Österängen’s art gallery, but also participated in group exhibitions and received several scholarships such as Iaspi’s assistant scholarship and the Royal Academy of Arts, The Royal Institute of Art, Helge Ax: son Johnsson Foundation, and the Norwegian Artists’ Association project grant. Jan creates a narrative through the lines.
